Positive: We had a pleasant 10 day stay at the Rixos Bodrum. The attention from all the staff, the beach and the food were fantastic! The view from our room was breathtaking! Our vacation assistants, Berkan and Yelda made our stay exceptional. We would like to also thank Misra for her warm welcome, Melek from the lobby bar who introduced us to Salgam and Ali the amazing mixologist. Thank you all for making us feel at home and we will definitely be back.
Negative: Would be good to control some guests who think it is acceptable to towel reserve loungers early in the morning and then not use them until the afternoon

Positive: We had a great experience at Rixos Bodrum. First, when we arrived, Ömer and Alber were incredibly helpful with the room, making sure it suited our needs. A special thank you to Ömer for doing such a great job advising us during our stay. We also found the WhatsApp group with personal assistants in our own native language to be a really great feature—something we hadn't seen before. We also really enjoyed the food; there was a good variety. We liked the nice dark water swimming pool with its daily sport activities, and the sandy beach was lovely. This is a truly big hotel that offers a variety of activities.

Positive: The staff were amazing – a special thank you to Ekaterina and Evelina who went above and beyond to make our holiday perfect. The whole team was professional and welcoming, our room was always clean, and the food in the restaurants was excellent with great variety and quality. Everything exceeded our expectations and we would love to come back!
Negative: The food options could have been explained better at the time of booking. It is advertised as all-inclusive, but only two restaurants are actually included, which I found a bit misleading.

Positive: Especially the support during our entire stay from Berkan was fantastic. In a dipllmatic way, full of respect he made Rixos for us unforgettable. Also the lady Esin who served us in the exclusive Lolivo and the Kalamata restaurants made.our stay unforgettable..Yelda informed us also on daily activities in a fantastic way.
Negative: The Kalamata restaurant was perhaps the only small disappointment. No fysical menu, no welcome drink,.no coffee proposed after dinner. It felt like they wanted to close the restaurant earlier than we entered. Lolivo was the opposite, an unforgettable experience.
